Our garlic is the backbone of Greenman Produce.
It’s been a feature of Margaret River’s Farmer’s Market for many years and is keenly sought by some of Western Australia’s most illustrious chefs.
The bulbs are heritage stock from a purple hard-neck cultivar which can be traced back to the 60s when it was first farmed commercially in the lower South West.
Our garlic is virus-free, certified organic and tastes wonderful.
As well as selling our garlic fresh we sell it fermented, or pickled – in cardamon and cumquat, with chillis, and as aged Seer Torshi (raw-pickled Persian garlic with honey).
We also sell smoked garlic, dried garlic and home-fermented authentic Black Garlic.
